After the growing success of previous editions, the Filippi Lido Trophy returns for 2026—stronger, broader, and more international than ever.
Now in its 5th edition for the National Club Circuit and 2nd edition for the International Circuit, the Trophy confirms itself as one of the most exciting and innovative events in the coastal rowing calendar.
Promoted by the Italian Rowing Federation (FIC) in collaboration with Filippi Boats, the event celebrates the legacy of Lido Filippi, visionary founder of the Filippi shipyard, and aims to unite the world of Beach Sprint rowing under one shared spirit of performance, innovation, and excellence.
The Filippi Lido Trophy hosts two distinct circuits, both held in parallel throughout all four stages of the 2026 season.
The International Circuit brings together athletes from across the world to compete in four rounds, accumulating points toward the final overall ranking.
At the final stage in Marina di Castagneto, the top-ranking athletes will share a total prize fund of €20,000.
Dedicated prizes and shopping vouchers will also be awarded for Junior and Inclusion Mixed categories.
Racing categories:
Senior CM1x, CW1x, CMix2x
Junior CM1x, CW1x, CMix2x
INMix2x
Italian rowing clubs will compete for the prestigious Filippi Trophy, awarded to the top-ranking club after all four stages.
Scores earned throughout the season will determine the overall national champion, to be crowned during the final event in Marina di Castagneto.
2025 Winner: Rowing Club Peloro, who successfully defended their title as the top club in the national circuit.
